Local Attractions

To the north are open fields with Cleeve Cloud, the highest point on the Cotswolds forming an impressive backdrop just 1 mile away. Keen walkers can take one of many footpaths to the top where you can join the 'Cotswold Way' or you can drive as far as the public golf course which lies high on the flanks of the hill and can reach a stunning viewpoint by way of a gentle stroll!

Prestbury Park Racecourse

To the west, a short walk along Lake Street will bring you to the perimeter of the world famous National Hunt race course, Prestbury Park. In March at the Festival meeting the cheers of the racegoers can be clearly heard and the excitement is almost tangible.

Local pub - The Royal oak

Prestbury village can provide for all your basic needs in its busy High Street. It also boasts some excellent public houses and eating places within easy walking distance of the farm.

Cheltenham centre with its gardens, theatre, restaurants and shops is only 2 miles away and can be accessed easily by car, park & ride or by bus - a regular service runs from the end of the Burgage, 5 minutes walk away. Stratford, Oxford, Bath and Cardiff are all within easy driving distance as are the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean.
